Managing Timeslots and Workshops
Overview
Timeslots are used to group workshops and manage scheduling for your event. Each timeslot has a tag, which helps communicate the selected workshop to attendees through the Email Builder.
Timeslots and Workshops
Timeslots
- Tag: Each timeslot includes a tag that is used to indicate the selected workshop for attendees in email communications.
- Workshop Selection: Attendees can choose from multiple workshops within a timeslot.
Workshops
- Quantity Limits: Workshops can have a limited number of available seats. Once the limit is reached, the workshop becomes unavailable for selection in the registration form.
- Date Range Availability: Workshops can be set to be available only within a specific date range.
- Pricing: Workshops can have an associated price, which will automatically trigger the payment procedure during registration.
- Available Seats: You can toggle the "Show available seats in registration form" option to allow registrants to see how many seats are left. If the seat limit is reached, the workshop will no longer be available for selection.
- Allow Overflow: This option should be used with caution. If enabled, it will allow attendees to register even after the workshop is full, moving their RSVP status to "pending" and requiring manual follow-up to complete the subscription.
